This book is a love letter to the flavors of my childhood, the scents from my grandmother’s kitchen, and the forgotten stories simmering in every pot.” design becomes a medium for cultural preservation — a bridge between generations, lands, and memories.

Bna u'Metaam is a Tunisian cookbook that fuses heritage and innovation — a tribute to ancestral recipes, family rituals, and the layered flavors of North African cuisine. This project blends traditional design sensibilities with modern tools, including artificial intelligence, to revive and reimagine dishes whose visual references were long lost.
